RecipeOps - API concurrency threshold exceeded

This will monitor API request(s) across your workspace and trigger requests exceed 80% of your concurrency limit. Additional trigger events will be created for each 5% increment, up to the workspace limit. This trigger is limited to 1 event per threshold every 5 minutes to reduce noise. Subsequent requests for the same threshold within a 5-minute window will not result in a job.
