Share a connector

One of the critical advantages of managing your organization in Automation HQ is that you can easily manage all connections and update the workspaces to use the latest connector versions. This insures consistency, uninterrupted and reliable data access, and adherence to security policies you implement for the organization.

Prerequisite

You must first develop, test, and deploy connectors.

To share a connector in Automation HQ, follow these steps:

Navigate to Automation HQ.

Select the Shared connectors tab.

Workspace moderators

Click Share connector with all workspaces.

The Share connector modal appears.

In the Share connector modal, specify the new connector.

Add a shared connector

Select a custom connector

From the drop-down list, select one of the connectors.

Select a version to share

In the drop-down list, select the version.

Click Share connector.

Done. A new connector appears in the list of connectors.
